Ticket sales policy

You can purchase admission tickets at the ticket office of the Aquarium, on the Primorsky Aquarium website www.primocean.ru or from authorized ticket sellers working under civil law contracts with the Aquarium.

When you purchase a ticket, you have the right to be informed about the available services, the admission and tour prices and the visitors’ rules.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the visitors’ rules and confirm that a fee-for-service contract is created between you and the Primorsky Aquarium.

Returns and Refunds 

 1.Return of tickets purchased at the Ticket Office of the Aquarium

 1.1  To get a refund on a ticket, you will need to fill in the refund request form using a pen. The original untorn ticket and your written refund request should be brought to the Head Office located at: 25 Akademika Kasyanova st., Russky Island, Vladivostok. Tel:  8(423) 223-94-22.

The service is available from Monday to Friday: 11.00 a.m.-18.00 p.m.

 1.2.If a ticket is returned at least 2 calendardays before the date stated on the ticket, the Primorsky Aquarium will give a full refund.

 1.3.If a ticket is returned less than 2 calendar days before the date stated on the ticket, no refund will be given.

 1.4.Damaged, destroyed or lost tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.

 1.5.In accordance with Bank of Russia Regulation No. 266-P, dated 24 December 2004, “On the Issuance of Bank Cards and on Operations Conducted Using Payment Cards”, a ticket purchased with a bank card will be refunded to the buyer’s card.

2.Return of e-tickets purchased on the Primorsky Aquarium website

2.1. In accordance with Bank of Russia Regulation No. 266-P, dated 24 December 2004, “On the Issuance of Bank Cards and on Operations Conducted Using Payment Cards”, an e-ticket purchased with a bank card from the Primorsky Aquarium website www.primocean.ru  will be refunded to the buyer’s card.

2.2. The refund will be given to the person who has purchased the ticket and whose name is indicated on the receipt confirming purchase.

2.3. To get a refund on an e-ticket, you will need to fill in the refund request form using a pen. The original untorn printed e-ticket, the receipt confirming the purchase and your written refund request should be brought to the Head Office located at: 25 Akademika Kasyanova st., Russky Island, Vladivostok. Tel:  8(423) 223-94-22.

Or you may e-mail a scanned copy of your written refund request, the e-ticket and the receipt confirming the purchase to clients@primocean.ru .

2.4. If a ticket is returned at least 2 calendar days before the date stated on the ticket, the Primorsky Aquarium will give a full refund.

2.5. If an e-ticket is returned less than 2 calendar days before the date stated on the ticket, no refund will be given.

2.6. A child's birth certificate or any other valid ID is required as proof of age for a visitor with a child’s e-ticket to be allowed into the Aquarium. Without the document, the ticket becomes invalid, it is also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Return of any type of ticket in case of cancelled or rescheduled events

 3.1. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, a full refund will be paid. The refund will be only given on production of an original untorn ticket.

3.2. Tickets must be returned within the following time period:

  • For rescheduled events – within 10 days from the date you are officially notified that the event will be rescheduled but at least 2 calendar days before the new date of the event.
  •  For cancelled events - from the date you are officially notified of the event cancellation to the date stated on the ticket.

 

4. Return of any type of ticket in case of force majeure events

 4.1. Tickets will be refunded on production of documentary evidence of the circumstances, original untorn tickets, your written refund request and passport.

5. Only original untorn tickets purchased at the Ticket Office of the Aquarium, on the Primorsky Aquarium website and from authorized ticket sellers can be refunded or exchanged.

 6. The Primorsky Aquarium Administration is not responsible for counterfeit tickets and tickets purchased from unauthorized ticket sellers.

 7. The Primorsky Aquarium reserves the right to change the terms of sales and refunds at any time and publish them on its official website at least 10 days before the date of their entry into force.
