Join the Primorsky Aquarium to celebrate National Unity Day on Monday, November 4. The Aquarium will be open from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m. The demonstration of marine mammals’ skills is scheduled for 3 p.m. Guests may buy tickets online or in the ticket office at the Aquarium grounds. Individual highlights tours with English-speaking guides may be booked in advance. Additionally, tours of exhibits for groups of visitors up to 20 people are offered for free in Russian language. The schedule of these free tours is available at the reception desk.
We offer lots of activities for our young visitors. During “Flippered Friends” program, curious explorers aged 5 to 6 years will learn about seals, walruses and sea lions, including those calling the Primorsky Aquarium home, and create a work of art. It starts at 10 a.m.
A fascinating talk “Please, tell me about the sea lion!” for five years old and up starts at the tank with northern fur seals (the Bering Sea and the Sea of Okhotsk exhibit) at 12:00. By the way, the Steller’s sea lion is the animal of the month at the Primorsky Aquarium.
Groups of children (10 to 30 people) are invited to attend the following programs:
“What Does a Marine Biologist Do?” program (ages 6–9) explores the ins and outs of marine biology and gives participants an opportunity to try their hands in real scientific research.
"My Biotope Aquarium" program (ages 9–13) looks at various types of aquariums, explains how to create one’s own small aquatic world and teaches some basic aquascaping skills.
These programs are scheduled for 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. To book your visit, call +7 984 197 45 05 or email at holidays@primocean.ru.
Please note that all programs for kids are offered in Russian language only.
Don’t miss a great opportunity to have fun together with your nearest and dearest at the Primorsky Aquarium!
