Please note, that from 1 February, 2025, admission rate CHILD is for children aged 3 years plus 1 day.

The Exhibit ticket for children will cost 550 roubles, and the Exhibit + Dolphinarium ticket will cost 750 to 1150 roubles.

Children under 3 years plus 1 day may enter the Aquarium free of charge, without buying a ticket. These infants cannot be provided with seats at the Dolphinarium, they should occupy their parent’s lap.  Please, remember to bring the child’s ID.

Using your online ticket

Please, have your online tickets ready on your smartphone to go through the turnstile system quicker without impeding other visitors.

Before the visit, find your e-ticket in the email from the Primorsky Aquarium and download it in PDF format on your smartphone. The ticket includes the date and time of your visit, the sector, row and seat, as well as the barcode.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PRINT YOUR E-TICKET IN ADVANCE

Tickets are non-transferable. Please, do not use a screenshot of the ticket with the turnstiles. The only eligible e-ticket is the one in PDF format. Please check beforehand that your e-ticket opens on your device. Maximize the screen brightness and increase the barcode size to be read by the scanner.

ENTRY TERMS

  • Ticket office hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Children under 3 years of age may enter the Aquarium free of charge.
  • The ticket office and our Visitor Services staff at the Main Building of the Aquarium may request the ID that confirms the right to purchase and use of a CHILD ticket. Please, remember to bring the child’s ID.
  • Admission tickets can be purchased in advance of your visit, 30 days prior to the date, online or in the ticket office at the Aquarium grounds.
  • If you have the Exhibits + Dolphinarium ticket for 3 p.m., you can enter the exhibition building after 11:30 a.m.
  • For the convenience of our international guests, we offer tours with English-speaking guides, as well as audio guides in Russian, English, Chinese, and Korean languages. You can pay for these services at the ticket office.  Some staff and volunteers speak other languages.
  • An admission ticket can be used only once.
  • Any ticket purchased from an unauthorized source is considered invalid.

VISITOR INFORMATION:

  • Small children must not be left unattended on the Aquarium grounds and inside the Main Building.
  • For the safety of our visitors and the marine life we exhibit, all bags, backpacks and packages may be inspected before entering the Aquarium. During peak seasons, holidays and weekends, you may experience a brief wait to allow for security screenings.
  • The Aquarium strives to be fully accessible to the disabled. Wheelchairs are available free of charge and on a first-come, first-served basis at the Information Desk inside the Main Building.
  • Please turn off your flash when taking photographs inside the Aquarium.
  • Do not feed the animals.
  • Please read the signs on the doors and walls carefully. Stay away from Aquarium life support systems as it may be dangerous.
  • Weapons of any kind are not allowed at the Aquarium.
  • Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the Aquarium property, including outdoor areas.
  • No pets are allowed on the Primorsky Aquarium premises.
  • Be aware that there are Security staff officers and that we operate a closed circuit television system throughout the Aquarium for the protection and safety of our visitors, staff, animals and property.
  • Damage or destruction caused to any Aquarium property or equipment should be reimbursed.
  • Any person behaving antisocially or causing risk, annoyance or disturbance to other visitors, will be asked to leave and/or will be escorted from the Aquarium without any right to a refund.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets purchased at the ticket office of the Primorsky Aquarium

  • A refundable ticket and a receipt must be returned in person at the ticket office of the Primorsky Aquarium (25 Akademika Kasyanova Street, Russky Island, Vladivostok, tel.: 8 (423) 223-94-22) during the ticket office working hours.
  • If you return your ticket no later than 1 (one) calendar day before the date on your ticket, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • We will be unable to consider any refund requests submitted on the day of the visit.
  • The lost, destroyed or damaged tickets will not be eligible for money refund or re-issue.

E-tickets purchased on the official Primorsky Aquarium website

  • Refunds will be returned in the same method of payment, i.e. tickets purchased online on the official Primorsky Aquarium website will be refunded directly on your bank card under the Bank of Russia Provision of December 24, 2005 No. 266-P “Bank Card Issuing and Transactions Performed by Use of Bank Cards”.
  • Refunds will be returned to the card owner, i.e. to the person indicated on the ticket payment receipt.
  • To get your refund, please fill out the Refund Request form. Bring a printed copy of your original e-ticket and the receipt to our receptionist at the front desk in the Main Building (25 Akademika Kasyanova Street, Russky Island, Vladivostok, tel.: 8 (423) 223-94-22). Alternatively, submit the scanned documents to clients@primocean.ru
  • Refund requests are accepted from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
  • If you submit a refund request for your e-ticket no later than 1 (one) calendar day before the date on your ticket, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • We will be unable to consider any refund requests submitted on the day of the visit.
  • If in the process of payment for the e-ticket you cannot perform it within 20 min, the order will be cancelled, no ticket will be issued, but the money may be transferred from your card to the payment processing company. In this case you have to fill out the Refund Request form, print it out together with the payment receipt and bring these documents to our receptionist at the front desk in the Main Building (25 Akademika Kasyanova Street, Russky Island, Vladivostok, tel.: 8 (423) 223-94-22). Alternatively, submit the scanned documents to clients@primocean.ru
  • Refunds will be returned in the same method of payment within 5–30 working days depending on the card issuer.
  • Please remember to bring your child’s ID if you bought a CHILD ticket.
  • If you don’t show the this ID, the child is not allowed to enter the Main Building and their ticket cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Rescheduling, changing, or cancellation of a service by the Primorsky Aquarium

  • The Primorsky Aquarium may reschedule, change, or cancel a service for any emergency reason. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please, submit your ticket. The lost, destroyed or damaged tickets are not be eligible for money refund.
  • Tickets must be submitted within the following time limits:
    • if the service was rescheduled – within 10 days after the official announcement about the rescheduling and no later than two days prior to the date of the service;
    • if the service was cancelled – any time after the official announcement about the cancellation up to the date of the service.

Ticket refund in case of force majeure

  • If a visitor cannot come due to force majeure, the ticket will be refunded on the submission of any document in evidence that the force majeure event has prevented them from coming.
  • The visitor must also submit the general set of documentation: their refund request, the printed out undamaged ticket, and their passport.
  • Only the tickets bought at the Primorsky Aquarium ticket office, on our official website or from authorized resellers are valid, exchangeable and refundable.
  • The Primorsky Aquarium is not responsible for any tickets bought from illegal or unauthorized resellers.
  • The fares for discounted tickets will be refunded accordingly.
  • The Primorsky Aquarium is entitled to amend its Policies and change ticket pricing unilaterally. All amendments and changes are announced on the official website no later than ten days before entry into force.
