Please note

• Tickets are available online.
• Please, remember to bring the child’s ID with the birth date.
• You can print your e-ticket in PDF format. Please make sure that both bar codes are clearly visible. Alternatively, you may show the bar code on your smartphone at the entrance to the Main Building. In this case, save the PDF ticket to your phone.
• Payments are processed via MIR, VISA, or MasterCard networks.

If you have not received your e-ticket by email

If your e-ticket has not arrived within half an hour:

• Please check your spam or junk email folders.
• If these folders do not contain the email with the e-ticket, please contact us via clients@primocean.ru. Write the phone number that you entered in the ticket purchase form.

How to buy tickets online:

1. Choose the desired date and the number of tickets.
2. Enter your email and phone number. PLEASE ENTER YOUR PERSONAL DATA CAREFULLY! The e-ticket will be sent to the email indicated.
3. Click ‘Pay’ to enter the payment screen of the ELPLAT Payment Processing Company Ltd. Please, prepare your card ahead of the purchasing process.
4. Complete the payment form:

         a) enter your card number (the 15-19-digit number found on the front of your card);

         b) enter the expiration date, also on the front of the card;

         c) enter the name of the cardholder (exactly as it is written on the front of the card);

         d) enter the security code, CVC2 or CVV2 (3 digits on the back of the card next to the signature box).

After your payment is verified and the money is transferred from your card, you will receive your confirmation via email. Our website uses a 256-bit encryption key. The payment processing company ELPLAT Ltd. ensures the security of the information provided. The personal data entered will not be shared with third parties, except in cases specified by the law of the Russian Federation. Money transfer is carried out in compliance with the requirements of MIR, Visa Int, MasterCard Europe Sprl, and JCB payment networks.

5.  Once you are on the payment screen, you have to complete the online payment within 20 minutes or the transaction will be cancelled.

6.  After the payment is completed, you will be returned back to the Primorsky Aquarium website. An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
